Avocado Crema

You might ask what is the difference between an Avocado Crema and Guacamole Dip? There are many variations of each recipe but basically, it’s sour cream. In Avocado Crema you use sour cream however you don’t use it in Guacamole Dip.

This Avocado Crema can be used on almost anything you want. I use it on my tacos, burritos, fajitas, enchiladas, salads, chips, and more. Anything you would top with avocado and sour cream can be enhanced with this tasty treat.

The Avocado

The avocado is a tree that is indigenous to south-central Mexico. The fruit of the tree is also called an avocado and is identified botanically as a large berry containing a single large seed. Avocado trees are easy to start from seed but will take from 5 to 15 years to start bearing fruit.

Picking the right avocados can be a bit challenging if you have never done it before.
