Ingredients
1cupwater
½cupsugar
3cupsraspberries12 ounces
½cupheavy cream
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring; let cool.
1 cup water, ½ cup sugar
In a blender, puree raspberries with the sugar syrup and heavy cream. pour into a plastic cups and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
3 cups raspberries, ½ cup heavy cream
