Orange Eclipse
You can use any rum for this drink but we realy like Mount Gay Eclipse Rum for this drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
- 1 oz Blood Orange Juice
- ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
- 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to shaker.
- Add ice, shake and strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with orange peel.
