- 1½ oz Tequila
- 1 oz apple cider
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz creme de cassis

The Chimayó is a perfectly balanced cocktail in terms of its alcohol content. It should mix up to a cool 17 percent ABV or a 34 proof, making it just slightly stronger than a glass of wine.
