This fun, easy, refreshing, and delectable frosty Banana Daiquiris whip up in just a few minutes making them the perfect cocktail for entertaining all your friends!

  • 2 bananas chopped and frozen
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 2 oz Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
  • 1 cups ice

Whipped Cream:

  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


  • strawberry

Simple Syrup:

  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup sugar


Simple Syrup:

  • Combine equal parts water and cane sugar by weight and heat this mixture until it is completely clear. Once it is completely cooled to room temperature pour the syrup into a clean squeeze bottle and refrigerate.

Whipped Cream:

  • Combine heavy whipping cream, cane sugar, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and beat at high speed until stiff peaks form.

Banana Daiquiri:

  • Add bananas, lime juice, simple syrup, Cointreau, and Rum, into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Add in one ice cube at a time until the mix is thick and slushy.
  • Pour the mix into a tall glass.
  • Add Whipped Topping on top of the mix.
  • Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
