In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
3 avocados, 1 lime, 1 tsp salt
Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper.
½ cup onion, 3 tbsp cilantro, 2 roma, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Refrigerate for 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately with hot tortilla chips.
