Authenticity is what the Hispanic Food Network is all about. We found a taqueria in Phoenix that fits that mantra perfectly. We’re talking about Ta’Carbon. “It’s really quick and fast and it tastes great and people really like it,” said Alexis Zamora, who’s worked at the 59th and Camelback restaurant for 4 years.
Ta’Carbon on 59th and Camelback is a little taqueria…with incredibly big taste.
“The food is really good — the tacos al Pastor are my favorite,” said Amber Gutierrez, who bought 4 of them.
“We have the best carne asada. They make it on the grill. People really love it,” said Zamora.
The secret to their flavor…is a powerful parrilla. The carne asada —it’s all made on the grill….with the fire….that brings out the flavor
From tripa, to tacos al pastor, every taste bud on your tongue is going to take part in so much pleasure. On my Wednesday night visit — It seemed like people just kept coming through that door for good reason.
“My family loves it here. We’ve been coming here for five years. There’s not another shop I’d hit up,” said Bill Hernandez. So if you’re looking for great taste…at a good price…then check out either of Ta’Carbon taco spots… they’re a sure bet.
“Come in and enjoy the flavor. We know you’ll love it. We know it will be worth the visit,” said Zamora.
