For Bart Fawbush, mixing wine and tacos is something that’s been on his mind for several years. “When it comes to tacos, this is defenitely the best region in the Pacific Northwest,” said Fawbush.

Fawbush is the owner of Bartholomew Winery in Kennewick. The winery and tasting room is housed in the Columbia Garden Wine Village. Fawbush says if this event goes well, you’ll see more taco and wine pairing. “I’m excited to see how this event goes. We have a wonderful Mexican food scene in the Tri-Cities. So I’m hopeful to be able to showcase some great restaurants this year,” said Fawbush.

Taste of Wine and Tacos is May 6th from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Bartholomew is teaming up with Swampy’s BBQ, who will be cooking up their amazing tacos! “We’re excited to be a part of this event,” said Owner Ron Swampy.
