The Limber de Fresa is a Strawberry Ice treat from Puerto Rico. The Strawberry Limber is made with strawberries, sugar, and water. Simply mix the ingredients in a blender until smooth, pour into plastic cups, and freeze until they are solid.
There are numerous variations, the Puerto Rican Limber can also be prepared with coconut, lemon, mango, Piña Colada, pineapple, or banana guava, to name a few. The hardest part about making a limber is the waiting.
If you cannot find fresh strawberries in your store look for some frozen food aisle. If nothing else you can get it online at places like Amazon.
