For Jorge Sanchez, running Jocho’s Tacos on Lewis street in the heart of downtown Pasco, WA with his wife Luz has been challenging.  “It’s a fight to stay open. We’ve been able to stay open through our loyal customers. Opening up the take out window has really helped. Without that I’m not sure how we’d survive,” said Sanchez.
